chenille Dyeing Technology and equipment improvements

The chenille yarn dyeing work is always a technical job and need continuous improvement and upgrading.

For the chenille yarn manufacture nature: it’s to set chenille pile yarn and chenille core together to get chenille yarn. In the process, the two ends of core yarn twists and trap the short ends of pile between the core yarns.

So it caused the unique and remarkable characters of chenille yarn: chenille pile yarn direction and it’s “ reflecting effect “.

Most of chenille yarns, especially bright polyester and acrylic chenille is easy to involve dyeing problems with the “reflecting effect”.

The result will be disastrous as chenille fabric or chenille knitwear will appear stripe and line.

So the chenille yarn dying work plays the decisive role in the quality system.

We upgraded our dyeing equipment last year again and developed new dyeing technology to make chenille yarn dyeing more stable.

For one side, our chenille dyeing color matching is tested and confirmed by the most strict EU standard.

For another the chenille yarn dyeing vat difference level is achieved by our dyeing engineers to be “ tiny” level.

Third: our chenille yarn The dyeing effect and colour fastness are considered “ Superior” by customers in N.A. ,  EU., North Africa and South Asia.
