Traditionally speaking, all the RW chenille yarn ( or grey chenille yarn) for EU market are on cylindrical dying bobbin or vertical dyeing bobbin packing. It needs good organization in the chenille yarn workshop. When something goes wrong with once- rewinded yarn and twice rewinded yarn, disaster happens in chenille upholstery fabric.

3/ softness of rewinding work: it is most important and key point to know the softness of rewinding: if the chenille yarn is too hard or tight on the cylindrical bobbin, the following dyeing work takes more time and the dyed chenille yarn is with uneven points. Or when the yarn is too soft, the dyeing cost will be high to increase chenille dyed yarn cost.
