New chenille yarn development

With Ukrain conflict going on,  the crude oil price stays at high level, regular acrylic chenille price also soared, which makes the market demand even worse.

To lower the cost, all chenille yarn user are trying to find new substitute: polyester chenille yarn is a nice opition with much lower price level.

Polyester meets the cost requirements, but polyester chenille also has shortage by nature: generally, polyester chenille yarn feels rough and harsh, which is unacceptable for all chenille yarn users.

To balance the price- performance, we developed brand new viscose-like chenille yarn and acrylic-like chenille yarn.

Viscose-like chenille yarn well settled the bad hand-feeling problem of polyester chenille yarn while maintain price advantages, the handfeeling becomes soft and smooth, meanwhile the new viscose-like chenille is also very bright.

In dyeing, the viscose like chenille performance is just as good as regular polyester chenille, dyed viscose chenille yarn keeps bright and smooth. Suitable for both knitting and upholstery weaving
